Versenyszámok:

2. Beton híd a javából 4.0

A csapatok készítsenek olyan beton hidat,
amelynek a súlya nem nagyobb 50 kg-nál,
az alátámasztások közötti távolsága 250 cm legyen, a
minimális szélessége pedig 30 cm és magassága/vastagsága szabadon megválasztható.
A próbaterhelés során a terhelés azon a felületen (abban a síkban) kell átadódjon, amelyen az adott hídtípusra jellemző módon a valóságban is átadódik. A hidak értékelésének alapja az alátámasztások közötti távolság és a szerkezet közepén, tönkremenetel nélkül elviselt legnagyobb, mért terhelésből számított nyomaték nagysága.

A híd készítésének szabályai:

Anyaga cement kötésű. A hídhoz maximum 6 cm szálhosszúságú anyag használható. Ragasztásra, javításra csak cement kötésű anyagok alkalmazhatóak. Műgyanta használata a híd készítéséhez, összerakásához engedélyezett.

A terhelési próba a következőképpen történik: a hidak végét két egymástól változtatható távolságra lévő (nem fix) 15x15x60 cm méretű betongerendákra helyezi rá a hidat készítő csapat. Az alátámasztások távolságát a két beton támasz közötti távolság adja cm pontossággal mérve. A hosszmérést követően kerül sor a terheléses próbára, amely során a híd középpontját 75 kg-mal terhelik meg a rendezők. Csak az a híd értékelhető, amely állékony marad ezen első terhelési próbán. Ezt követően a csapattagok folyamatosan növelhetik a terhet egy vizes ballon feltöltésével. A megnövelt terhelést a zsűri regisztrálja. A pontozásnál a zsűri a maximális, regisztrált teher mértékét veszi alapul. A híd alátámasztásainak távolsága a terhelés megkezdése után már nem változtatható.

3. Sárkányhajós futamok

I. Fogalmak meghatározása

A kenu nyitott, mindkét végén csúcsosan végződő, kis méretű hajó. Menetiránnyal megegyező irányba ülő vagy térdelő utasai evezővel hajtják. A kenuban evező ember a lapátját bármely oldalon használhatja. A hajó hátsó részében elhelyezkedő kormányos külön kormányszerkezet nélkül, evezőjével irányít.

A betonkenu építéséhez használt beton olyan mesterséges kő, amelyet legalább három kiinduló anyagból, cementből, vízből, valamint adalékanyagból állítanak elő. A cement vízzel keverve cementpépet alkot, amely bevonja és összeköti az adalékanyag szemcséket. A cementpép kötése révén a keverék kőszerű anyaggá szilárdul. A betonok tulajdonságait kiegészítő anyagokkal és adalékszerekkel teszik kedvezőbbé. A betonkenu egy olyan kenu, amely betonból készül.

II. Szabályok

1. A versenyen azok a csapatok és azok a betonkenuk vehetnek részt, amelyek jelen részvételi szabályzatban leírt feltételeknek megfelelnek. Indulhat a versenyen az előző évek valamelyikében épített betonkenu is, sőt lehet indulni a vízi futamokon a nem saját építésű betonkenu hajóval is. Abban az esetben, ha valaki az előző években épített kenuval indul, az értékeléskor a hajóépítési kategóriában nem kap pontot.
2. A verseny közben a kenuban két személy tartózkodhat (ülhet vagy térdelhet), akik a kenut egytollú lapátokkal hajthatják, ill. irányíthatják. Ezen kívül más segédeszköz a betonkenu előre haladásának a segítésére nem alkalmazható.

3. A betonkenut úgy kell elkészíteni, hogy az a verseny ideje alatt ne süllyedjen el. Amennyiben a versenybíróság a futam előtt úgy ítéli meg, hogy egy benevezett betonkenu – biztonsági okokból vagy szabálytalan építésből adódóan – nem alkalmas a versenytáv megtételére, akkor az a hajó nem indulhat a versenyen és a rendezvény keretén belül nem lehet a kenut a vízre tenni.

4. A betonkenuk helyszínre történő oda- és elszállításáról minden csapatnak saját magának kell gondoskodnia. A versenyrendezőség nem vállalja a betonkenuk tárolását és szállítását. A rendezvény helyszínéről minden csapatnak az általa odaszállított anyagot, segédanyagot saját költségén el kell szállítania!

5. A betonkenuk esetleges elsüllyedése esetén a csapatoknak maguknak kell a hajót a vízből kiszedniük vagy kiszedetniük. Ehhez a szervezők a rendelkezésükre álló eszközökkel segítséget nyújtanak. A vízben nem maradhatnak esetlegesen elsüllyedt betonkenuk, vagy azok részei.

6. A betonkenuk építése során a csapatoknak kiemelt figyelmet kell fordítaniuk arra, hogy a kenukat ellássák minden olyan felszereléssel, amely a biztonságos vízi közlekedéshez elengedhetetlen.

7. A kenuban nem engedélyezett olyan alkalmatosság, amely akadályozza az evezősöket a gyors kiszállásban, a betonkenu azonnali elhagyásában, egy esetleges borulás, vészhelyzet esetén.

8. A betonkenut úgy kell elkészíteni, hogy azt emberi erővel a szárazföldön lehessen mozgatni, ill. vízre tenni.

III. Résztvevők

1. A versenyre magyar és külföldi egyetemek, cement- és betongyárak, valamint építőipari cégek csapatai nevezhetnek.
2. Minden nevezett cégnek/egyetemnek javasolt legalább 10 főből álló csapatot indítania! Az ettől eltérő, több vagy kevesebb induló esetén, kérjük vegye fel a kapcsolatot a rendezvény szervezőjével személyes egyeztetés céljából.
3. A nevezési lapon benevezett csapattagoknak kell tervezni és építeni a hajót, nekik kell a prezentációt tartani, és nekik kell a hajót a versenyen hajtani.
4. A benevezett versenyzők személyét csak kivételes esetben, a rendezőkhöz beadott, a csere okát tartalmazó kérvény pozitív elbírálása után lehet megváltoztatni.

IV. A betonkenu méretei:
Minimális hosszúság:        400 cm,
Maximális hosszúság:        600 cm,
Minimális szélesség:            60 cm,
Maximális szélesség:          100 cm.

V. Felhasználható adalékanyagok

A betonkenu építése során bármilyen adalékanyag felhasználható.

VI. Felhasználható kötőanyagok

A betonkenu betonjához azok a cementek használhatók, amelyek megfelelnek az EN 197-1:2000 európai szabványnak. A betonkenu betonjához a minimális cementtartalom 250 kg/m³.

VII. Felhasználható adalékszerek

A betonkenu betonjához bármely betonadalékszer felhasználható.

VIII. Cement kiegészítő anyagok

A betonkenu építéséhez felhasználhatók cement kiegészítő anyagok, pl.: granulált kohósalak, pernye, puccolán (trassz), őrölt mészkő, mikroszilika, metakaolin.

IX. Acélbetétek és egyéb betétek

1. A betonkenu megépítéséhez bármilyen anyagból készült hálót, szövetet, betétet lehet használni, azonban a betonkenut tilos merev vázra építeni.
2. Összefüggő vízzáró anyag/lemez/réteg nem alkalmazható.
3. A betonkenut kívül-belül beton kell hogy borítsa. Ennek értelmében, minden betétet betonnak kell bevonnia.
4. Minden anyag, ami nem része a betonkeveréknek, betétnek minősül. Ez alól kivételt képeznek az ülő, illetve térdelő alkalmatosságok, illetve a betonkenu szélén elhelyezett „koptató/védő” anyag.

X. Felhasználható polimerek

A betonkenu betonjához összesen maximum 2 kg  polimer használható fel.

Felhasználható ragasztók

1. A betonkenu több darabból is összeállítható. Az elemeket ragasztással, ill. csavarozással is össze lehet kapcsolni.
2. Futam előtt  észlelt  repedés, illetve sérülés javítására ragasztó vagy injektálható anyag használható.

XI. A betonkenu festése, burkolása

A betonkenu külső felületét a vízvonal felett maximum 70%-ban, a vízvonal alatt maximum 25%-ban szabad dekorálni, egyedi motívummal ill. reklám/csapatnév elhelyezése céljából befesteni.

1. A festésre csak szilikátbázisú festékek használhatóak.
2. Ezen kívül a betonkenu felületének látszóbeton felületnek kell lennie.
3. A reklám/csapatnév céljára igénybe vett külső felületet leszámítva, a betonkenu semmiféle külső festést, bevonatot, szigetelést nem kaphat.

XII. Segédeszközök

1. A kenusok személyenként egy maximum, 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm-es méretű, bármilyen anyagból készült ülést, vagy térdeplőt használhatnak.
2. Az evezéshez bármilyen egytollú lapát használható.
3. Biztonsági okokból a kenuk mindkét peremére erősíthető, oldalanként maximum 3 m hosszú szakaszon, 10 cm széles „koptató/védő” anyag, amely megakadályozza, hogy a kenus keze, ill. lapátja megsérüljön a kenu oldalán való végig húzás közben. A „koptató/védő” anyag azonban nem merevítheti a betonkenut.

XIII. Biztonsági szabályok

A betonkenukban csak úszni jól tudó személyek versenyezhetnek. A rendezvényen mindenki saját felelősségére vesz részt. A mentőmellény viselését a rendezők a versenyzők biztonsága érdekében mindenki számára ajánlják, amelyet igény szerint a versenyrendezőség biztosít. Minden vízre bocsátandó betonkenunak rendelkeznie kell egy jelzőbójával, amelyet egy 6 m hosszú kötéllel a kenuhoz kell erősíteni Ez a jelzőbója egy betonkenu esetleges elsüllyedése esetén jelzi annak helyét. Ajánlás: a betonkenut úgy tervezzék meg a csapatok, hogy egy esetleges borulás esetén ne süllyedjen a fenékre, hanem lebegjen. Ehhez zárt cellás habokat célszerű használni.

XIV. Öltözködés

A kenusoknak biztonságos, evezés közben veszélyt nem jelentő öltözékben kell lenniük a vízi verseny alatt. Egy hajón belül a két kenusnak egyforma pólót kell viselnie.

A VERSENY

XV. Prezentáció – projekt bemutató kisfilm 

1. A csapatoknak egy kb.5  perces kisfilmben kell összefoglalnia a betonkenu tervezési és alkotói folyamatát, bemutatva a csapatot, az anyaghasználatot, a betonkenu készítés módszertanát, kitérve az egyes megvalósítási fázis folyamatokra. A film lehet prezentációs alapú, azaz animált ppt, magyarul angolul feliratozva, vagy angolul magyar felirattal.
2. A bemutató kisfilmet a zsűrinek és a versenytársaknak a tervek szerint 2019. június 20-án, csütörtökön 18:00 órai kezdettel kell bemutatni. A kész kisfilmek linkjét 2019. június 19-ig kell elküldeni a rendezőség részére, a david.julia@sailforyou.hu címe, tekintettel a file nagyságára, valamilyen file küldőn keresztül kérjük eljuttatni a filmeket.
   A bemutató alkalmával még 2 percet kapnak a csapatok, ahol egy rövid beszédet tarthatnak, itt mutathatják be személyesen a csapattagokat, csapatnevet, csapat-filozófiájukat.
3. A bemutatáshoz a rendezőség projektort és vetítővásznat biztosít.
4. A prezentáció 1 példányát digitális formában (pendrive-on) a zsűri rendelkezésére kell bocsátani a prezentációt követően.
5. A prezentációra kapott pont beleszámít a verseny értékelésébe.
6. A betonkenu és a csapatok bemutatása a vízparton történik 2 percben, látványos módon. Minden csapatnak lehetőség szerint választania kell egy „bemutató, bevonuló” zenét is. Az elvárás, hogy figyelemfelkeltő, kreatív, vicces, ugyanakkor szakszerű legyen! Ez is beleszámít a végső értékelésbe.
7. A csapatoknak a prezentáció során be kell mutatniuk és a zsűrinek át kell adniuk 2 db, a betonkenujuk gyártásához használt betonból készített, szabványos habarcs vizsgálathoz használt 4 cm x4 cm x16 cm méretű hasábot.

XVI. A FUTAMOK

A betonkenuval a csapatoknak négy futamot kell teljesíteni. Ebből két futamban 2 férfi, az egyik férfi futam fordítós futam, erről részletesen a versenypálya ad útmutatást, további egy futamban két nő versenyez a kenukban, a negyedik vegyes futamban pedig egy lány és egy fiú versenyez. Mind a 4 futam egy kb. 300 méter hosszú pályán zajlik. A futamon elért helyezés alapján kapnak pontot a csapatok. Első helyezett kapja a legtöbb pontot, míg az utolsó a legkevesebbet. A négy futam pontjainak eredménye összeadódik és ez határozza meg a végeredményt. Amennyiben pontegyenlőség lép fel, akkor a több jobb helyezéssel rendelkező csapat nyer, amennyiben azonos helyezéssel rendelkeznek a csapatok, úgy az utolsó futamban elért eredmény számít. A hajóban a benevezett versenyzők közül bárki evezhet a két fiú futam során (cserélni lehet). Tekintettel arra, hogy két személynek kell eveznie a hajót, így a célba érkezéskor is mind a két személynek a hajóban kell lennie.

 XVII. Értékelés, díjazás

1.A verseny szabályainak betartását, a benevezett betonkenukat, a résztvevőket és teljesítményüket, a szervezők által felkért, független zsűri fogja értékelni.
2. Az értékelés folyamán 5 kritériumot fog vizsgálni a zsűri, amelyek megvalósulását pontokkal díjazza.

III. A betonkenuk 2 perces látványos bemutatása a vízparton.
IV. A csapatnak a versenytávokon elért helyezése (2 férfi, 1 vegyes és 1 női futam)

Az a csapat nyer, amelyik a verseny során a legtöbb pontot éri el.
3. A verseny 1-3. helyezett csapata érem és kupadíjazásban részesül.
4. Továbbá különdíjakat is kiosztanak a rendezők.
5. Minden résztvevő emléklapot kap.
6. A győztes csapat elnyeri az VII. Magyar Mapei Betonkenu Kupát, valamint 1 évre birtokolhatja a Vándorkupát, melyre felkerül a csapat neve.

Egyebek

1. A verseny hivatalos web oldala a www.betonkenu.hu, ahol további információk elérhetők.
2. A rendezvényen résztvevő csapatoknak a hagyományokhoz híven alkalmuk lesz a  sárkányhajós regattán is részt venni.
3. A rendezőség fenntartja a jogot, hogy jelen versenykiírást megváltoztassa, de az itt leírtakat alapvetően irányadónak kell tekinteni, különös tekintettel az építésre vonatkozó paraméterekre.

Competitions

1.Concrete canoe competition

2. Concrete bridge!  4.0

The teams should make a concrete object with the aim of bridging the longest distance possible. The bridge is not to weigh more than 50 kg and it must withstand the pressure of a 75kg load placed in its middle without collapsing.

The basis of the evaluation of the bridges will be the magnitude of torque measured from the distance between the points of support and the biggest load endurance in the middle while intact.

The length of the bridge is the distance between the two concrete beams: 250 cm

Minimum width should be 30 cm, its height/thickness can be of the creators’ choice. With regard to form, it is a requirement that it must have a walking surface where a member of the team can walk through between the pillars, also the structure will be loaded in the middle of this walking surface.

Rules:

The material is cement bound. Only materials with a maximum fibre length of 6cm can be used for making the bridge. Only cement bound materials can be used for repairs and adhesion. The synthetic resin must not be used for the making or assembling of the bridge.

The loading test happens with the following method: the ends of the bridge need to be placed onto 15x15x60 concrete beams the distance between which is variable.

The length of the bridge is the distance between the two concrete beams, measured to the centimetre. Having ascertained the length, the load test follows, during which the organizers place a 75 kg load on the centre point of the bridge. Only the bridges that stay standing will be evaluated. Following this test, the team members can constantly increase the load by filling up a water balloon. The increased load will have to be taken note of by the judges. Only registered load, without span change will be taken into consideration by the judges when giving points.

3. Dragon boat competition

I. Definition of concepts

The canoe is a small narrow boat that is pointed at both ends and open on top, propelled by one or more seated or kneeling paddlers facing the direction of travel using a single-bladed paddle. The paddling person may row on either side.  The steersman sitting at the back of the canoe steers the canoe with his/her paddle, without a rudder or an added steering device. The concrete used to build the canoe is an artificial stone that consists of at least 3 basic materials: cement, water plus additive materials. The cement mixed with the water will result in a slurry that coats and binds the additive particles. After the setting of the slurry, the mixture will solidify into a stony material. The properties of concrete may be made more favourable with additives and supplementary materials. The concrete canoe is a canoe which is made of concrete.

II. Rules

1. Only the teams and canoes that comply with the rules, regulations and conditions described in this rulebook can participate in the race. Concrete canoes made in previous years can also participate, and people may also take part with boats not made by themselves. In case of entering the competition with a formerly made canoe, points in the boat building category will be not evaluated.
2. During the race, two people can stay in the canoe (kneeling or sitting), who can row or steer the canoe with single-bladed paddles. Apart from these no additional tools can be used to aid the boat’s progress.
3. The canoe must not sink during the race. If it is considered by the judges prior to the race that a registered canoe is not capable of competing either due to safety reasons or because it does not comply with the building regulations, then this boat cannot enter the competition and it cannot be put into the water within the frames of the event.
4. The transport of the canoes to the event location and then back is the teams’ own responsibility. The event organizers do not undertake the transport and the storage of the boats. The participants must not leave any materials at the location of the event, all things delivered there must be taken away at the teams’ own expense.
5. In the event of the concrete canoes’ sinking, the teams must get the boats out from the water or arrange the removal. The organizers will offer assistance with the equipment at their disposal. No capsized or sunk canoes or parts can remain in the water.
6. During the making of the canoe, the teams must pay special attention that the canoes should have all the equipment that is indispensable for safe water travel.
7. Nothing is allowed in the canoe that would hinder the paddlers or prevent their leaving the boat immediately in the event of an emergency or accident.
8. When making the concrete canoes builders need to bear in mind that the boat needs to be lifted, moved and placed on the water by hand.

III. Participants

1. Teams from Hungarian and foreign universities, cement and concrete factories and building companies can enter the competition.
2. Every registered company/university is advised to have a team of at least 10 people. If the team has fewer or more members, please contact the organizers to discuss the relevant details.
3. The people listed on the application form should design and build the canoe, they need to make the presentation and paddle the boat during the race.
4. The registered participants can only be changed due to special circumstances and only after filing a request with the organizers in which the reason for the change is explained. Only if the organizers grant the request, can the change occur.

IV. Size of the concrete canoe:

Minimum length:                400 cm,
Maximum length:                600 cm,
Minimum width:                  60 cm
Maximum width:              100       cm.

V. Additives that can be used

In the making of the canoe, any sort of additives can be utilized.

VI. Binders that can be used

Only those cement types can be used that comply with the

EN 197-1:2000 European regulation for the concrete of the canoe. The minimum requirement for cement content of the canoe is 250 kg/m³.

VII. Additive substances that can be used

Any concrete additive substance can be used for the concrete of the canoe.

VIII. Cement supplementary materials

Cement supplementary materials may be used for building the concrete canoe, for example, granulated dross, ash, pozzolana (trass), ground limestone, microsilica, metakaolin.

IX. Steel linings and other insertions

1. You may use mesh, textures, linings of any material but it is forbidden to use a stiff truss/framework for the canoe to be built on.
2. Cohesive watertight materials/plates/layers cannot be used.
3. The canoe needs to be covered with concrete both on the inside and outside. Consequently, all insertions/linings need to be covered with concrete too.
4. All materials that are not part of the concrete mixture are considered a lining/insertion. Exceptions are the seats for sitting and kneeling and the “protector/abrader” material on the side.

X. Polymers that can be used

For the concrete of the concrete canoe maximum, 2 kg polymers can be used.

Adhesives that can be used

1. The concrete canoe can be assembled from parts. The parts can be joined together with both adhesives and screws.
2. To repair cracks and damage that are noticed prior to racing adhesive or injectable materials can be used.

XI. Painting and coating the concrete canoe

1. Above the waterline the canoe’s outer surface can be decorated up to 70%, below the waterline the permitted limit is 25%. Individual designs or motifs can be used as decorations, but an advertisement/the team name can also be painted here.
2. Only silicate-based paints can be used.
3. Apart from this, the surface of the concrete canoe should be fair-faced concrete.
4. Besides the outer surface that shows the advertisement or team name, the canoe cannot have any painting, coating or insulation.

XII. Assisting tools/aids

1. The participants can use a seat the size of which is maximum 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm, made of any material. One seat can be used per person.
2. Any type of single-bladed paddle can be used for rowing.
3. For safety reasons a maximum 3m long (per side) and 10 cm wide “protector/abrader” material can be attached on both sides of the canoe in order to prevent any injuries or damage to the paddler’s hands or the paddle while rowing. However, the “protector/abrader” strip cannot be used to brace or reinforce the canoe.

XIII. Safety regulations

1. Only good swimmers can compete in the concrete canoe race.
2. Everyone participates in the race at their own risk.
3. The wearing of a lifejacket is highly recommended by the event organizers to ensure the safety of the participants. If required, the organizers can provide these.
4. Every canoe that enters the water must be equipped with a signalling buoy, which needs to be attached to the vessel with a 6m long rope. In case one of the canoes should sink, this buoy would signal its location.
5. Useful tip: the concrete canoes should be designed so in the event of a capsize, the boat should float instead of sinking to the bottom. For this it is advisable to use closed-cell foams.

XIV. Dress code

1. The people in the canoe need to wear safe clothes that do not hinder them while paddling.
2. In a canoe, the two team members need to wear identical t-shirts.

THE COMPETITION

XV. Presentation – a short film about the project 

1. The teams have to sum up the design and creation process, introduce the team, the materials used and the methodology of the building of the canoe, touching upon the individual progress stages in a 6-minute video. The film can be presentation based, so an animated power point in Hungarian with English subtitles or in English with Hungarian subtitles.
2. The presentation video needs to be shown to the judges and fellow competitors on Thursday, 20 June 2019, at 6pm. It should be at least 5-minute long. The finalised short films need to be sent to the organizers by 19 June 2019 to the following email address:

On the occasion, the teams get an additional 2 minutes to hold a brief speech during which they can introduce the individual team members, present the name of the team and the team philosophy.

3. For the introduction, the organizers will provide a projector and a screen.
4. One digital format copy of the presentation (on a flash drive/memory stick) will need to be given to the jury after the presentation.
5. The points awarded for the presentation will count towards the final evaluation.
6. The introduction of the teams, as well as the canoes, will take place on the waterfront in 2 minutes in a rather spectacular way. Every team needs to choose marching music, which should be attention-seeking, creative, funny, but at the same time professional! This will also count towards the final evaluation.
7. In the course of the presentation, the team will need to show, and present the jury with 2 pieces of slab used for a regular mortar examination, made of the concrete they used for the making of their canoe. Size should be 4 cm x4 cm x16 cm.

XVI. EVENTS/RACES

The teams have to complete 4 races with the concrete canoe. In two of these 2 men compete, out of which one is a “return” race, about this the course description will give more detailed information. One race will see 2 women compete in the canoe and the fourth is a mixed gender race with one boy and one girl compete.

All 4 races will take place on an approximately 200-meter course. The teams will get points based on the results. The winning team will get the most points, while the last team will get the fewest. The points from the four races will be added up and this will determine the final result.

In case of equal points, the team with the better results will win. If the teams have the same results, then the result in the last race will count and decide the competition. Any of the men can row from the registered competitors in the two men races (it is possible to swap). Bearing in mind that two people need to paddle the canoe, both of them need to be in the boat when crossing the finish line.

XVII. Evaluation, prizes 

The registered concrete canoes, participants and their performance and compliance with the competition regulations will be judged by an independent jury, called on by the organizers.
During the evaluation process, 4 criteria will be examined by the jury, the completion of which they will reward with points.
I.Design of the concrete canoe, imaginativeness and production.
II. Presentation, the video that introduces the team, the project and the making of the canoe.
III. The spectacular 2-minute procession and display of canoes on the waterfront
IV.The results achieved by the teams during races (2 men, 1 mixed gender and 1 female race)

The team with the most points will win the competition.
The first 3 teams respectively will get medals and a cup.
But additional prizes will also be handed out.
Each competitor will receive a participation card.
The winning team will get the VIII. Hungarian Concrete Canoe Cup, in addition, they will get to host the travelling cup for a year, on which there will appear the team’s name.

1. Registering for the competition is by filling in the application form, which may be downloaded from the following link: Registration form
2. Deadline for pre-registration: 12th April 2019
3. Deadline for entry: 15th May 2019. We ask the teams to kindly send back the filled in application forms and give the exact number of competitors by this date. The registration will only become valid after paying the registration fee.
4. The organizer of the event, the Sailforyou Ltd. will make out an invoice of the registration fee and will send it via post and email to the registered team’s billing address.

According to traditions, the participating teams will have the chance to take part in the dragon boat regatta. The organizers reserve the right to change this rule book, but the points above should fundamentally be considered as guidelines, with special considerations regarding the building parameters.
